Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm lập trình viên Flutter tài năng để tham gia phát triển ứng dụng giao tiếp giọng nói bằng AI. Vai trò này yêu cầu sự kết hợp giữa kỹ năng lập trình Flutter và kinh nghiệm triển khai các công nghệ xử lý ngôn ngữ tự nhiên (NLP).

Mô tả công việc

Thiết kế và phát triển ứng dụng với giao tiếp giọng nói
Xây dựng và tối ưu mô hình NLP để nhận diện lệnh bằng giọng nói
Xây dựng các thành phần UI UX thân thiện người dùng có khả năng tái sử dụng cao, dễ mở rộng, dễ sử dụng.
Kiến trúc và lập trình mã code đảm báo tốc độ xử lý nhanh trên nhiều dòng thiết bị Android / IOS, code dễ test dễ bảo trì
Viết Unit test, debug và tối ưu hiệu xuất hoạt động ứng dụng

Phối hợp các đội nhóm khác (API, QA/QC …) xây dựng phát triển và tích hợp API các giải pháp dịch vụ bên thứ 3

Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển ứng dụng dựa trên Flutter
Hiểu biết sâu về các công nghệ AI/ML, đặc biệt là NLP và nhận diện giọng nói.
Tư duy logic tốt, kỹ năng nghiên cứu giải quyết vấn đề sâu triệt để và chi tiết
Nắm vững thiết kế OOP , design partern, clean architure
Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã từng có thành tích giải thưởng toán học, tin học trong lĩnh vực công nghệ liên quan
Có kinh nghiệm phát triển ứng dụng di động trên iOS (Swift) và/hoặc Android (Kotlin) là một ưu thế.

Được phát triễn bản thân trong môi trường nhiều thử thách, trải nghiệm phát triễn sản phẩm trực tiếp cho người Việt và khu vực
Phát huy khả năng nghiên cứu áp dụng công nghệ mới vào sản phẩm thực tế, tiếp cận xử lý tối ưu dữ liệu lớn
Làm việc môi trường năng động cùng với đội ngũ chăm sóc khách hàng nhiệt tình dễ thương.
Làm việc từ Thứ 2 – Thứ 6, giờ bắt đầu làm 8h:30
Định kỳ xét lương 2 lần/năm
Được hưởng các quyền lợi và chế độ theo luật quy định (Các ngày nghỉ lễ, BHXH, BHYT...)

The position requires strong attention to detail, operational task management and problem solving ability.

Maintain high quality of products with participation in code review and design reviews.
Build high quality product and contribute important impacts on our product roadmap
planning.
Propose and implement solutions/product with Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring, Python
and Shell Scripts.
Provider guidance to Junior and suggestion to other colleagues with deep
understanding of technology stacks.
Propose better software architecture with right design pattern at suitable situation.
Provide in depth support to Technical Support Analyst.
Work with front end team to build a high perform, user friendly and stable web product.
Solving puzzles from clients’ feedback and logs to find out the real cause.
Research on up-to-date technology stacks to continue bring better performance and higher quality products to stakeholders.
Write down documentations for different technology and knowledge to share knowledges among everyone.
Provide insight for database performance and stability.

Diploma / bachelor’s degree / Professional Certificates in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering, etc)
At least 4 years of relevant experience in full stack web development.
Familiar with Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Shell Scripts
Candidate should possess a good understanding of and practical experience with Java Web based application development.
Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, and design patterns.
Experience in using Spring & Hibernate in programming works are highly preferred.
Familiar with Unix/Linux environment.
Familiar with different source control tools.
Good knowledge with microservices is an added advantage.
Experience in database performance tuning and query enhancement is an added advantage.
Experience in dev-ops relevant tasks is an added advantage.
Knowledge on Billing/charging interface/API is an added advantage.
Ability to work with customers and identify adoption barriers and put forth plans to address these issues.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to go extra mile to get job done at high standard.
Language(s): Vietnamese and English as the role requires candidate to work with
international team.
Applicants should be Vietnamese citizens or hold relevant residence status
